Reservation Terms & Conditions

1. Full pre-payment is required to confirm your reservation
— Midwinter Khao Yai Restaurant: 2,000 THB/person
— The Deck: 1,500 THB/person

2. Any remaining balance cannot be refunded in cash, but may be used to purchase food, desserts, wine, or other items to take home at full value.

3. Entry to the event area and access to reserved seating begins at 8:00 PM.
.
4. Reservation cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the event date. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after New Year (starting from 1 January 2026).
